3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Availability is subject to confirmation.
• You must provide accurate booking information.
• Incorrect information may result in cancellation.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other approved payment gateways.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes may be charged where required.
• Payment must be completed before booking confirmation.
• Failed transactions do not constitute confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website.

• Refund requests are reviewed individually.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
